What the recipient sees#
Feedback arrives from Nastygram’s service identity or in a verified business dashboard. Nastygram does not forward your sender address as the author’s address. Business conversations do not show your account name or email.
AI can miss identifying details. A very specific event, timing, or writing style may reveal who you are. This is private feedback, not a promise of untraceable messaging.
What the service processes#
Nastygram and its AI, hosting, and messaging providers process content and metadata needed to run the service. Feedback sent in ChatGPT is also part of that ChatGPT conversation and subject to your settings there.
Account history and conversations use encrypted retained content. Failed privacy reviews may retain encrypted drafts and attempted edits for seven days for owner-only diagnosis and replay without sending. The product privacy notice explains the full scope and retention limits.
A privacy check is not a guarantee#
Keep unnecessary personal or sensitive details out of the original message. Ask for a preview if you want to inspect the edited text before sending. Avoid identifying details in replies too.
The help center itself does not ask for your account or feedback and does not include third-party analytics scripts. Search runs in your browser.
