Choose the job you need done#
Send candid feedback, let a verified business answer privately, and follow through on what needs fixing. You can start from the website; the ChatGPT connection is another way to use your authorized account when it is available to you.

For people sending feedback#
Use the website for a clear write → preview → send flow. Activate optional history to keep available messages. A signed-in message delivered to a verified business can support a private conversation; email-only delivery does not automatically become a two-way chat.
Understand private conversationsFor businesses#
Start by verifying your contact inbox. Read feedback, choose an action status, reply where eligible, and check the activity chart. A separate verified inbox has its own scope; selecting several locations one at a time is not cross-location comparison reporting.
