The current pilot#
Ordinary feedback is free to send and receive. Businesses can claim an inbox, work through feedback, and see basic activity analytics. Private replies are included for verified businesses during the current pilot when the conversation is eligible.
Claiming an inbox or sharing product feedback does not start a paid subscription. There is no paid package to purchase through this guide. Check the access information in your dashboard for your current account.

Is it $49 per location per month?#
$49 per location per month is the price being explored in business research. It is not a finalized subscription price, an active offer, or a promise that every roadmap feature will be included. No annual discount, free-trial duration, launch date or unlimited-use allowance has been announced.
Before a paid offer launches, its feature scope, price, billing cycle and cancellation terms need to be clear. We have not announced the transition date or final policy for current pilot businesses. Do not assume pilot access guarantees a permanent free plan.
What payment will not buy#
An optional paid business tool must not become a prerequisite for ordinary customer feedback.
- A customer’s hidden account identity or contact details.
- Removal or suppression of criticism.
- A guaranteed improvement in ratings, revenue or AI recommendations.
- Permission to make a customer withhold a public review.
Help shape the offer#
Tell us which tools would change how you handle feedback and what you would pay for them. The business research form asks about usefulness and the proposed price. It is research, not a checkout, reservation, waitlist guarantee or automatic marketing signup.
