Open the right view#

The chart uses UTC calendar days, including the current partial day. Your local date can differ near midnight. Select another location to see its own activity; a combined multi-location comparison is not available today.

  1. Open the business dashboard and choose the verified location you want to review.
  2. Under The bigger picture, choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days.
  3. Compare the summary cards and daily activity chart. Open the chart’s data table for exact counts.

What each number means#

Business dashboard metrics
MetricMeaning
Feedback receivedRetained feedback threads created in the selected period for this location. It is not a count of unique customers.
RepliesReply messages written in the period by both sides, including replies to feedback created before the period. One conversation can have several replies.
Awaiting a replyAccepted threads created in the period with no replies. It tracks the first response, not every unanswered customer follow-up.
ResolvedThreads created in the period whose current workflow state is Resolved. It is not the number resolved on those dates or proof the customer is satisfied.
Daily chartFeedback is counted by creation date; replies are counted by reply date. These are activity totals, not sentiment scores.

Why a filter and a chart may disagree#

Search and list filters do not change the analytics totals. The period selector changes the chart and cards, while the history list can include older messages. To find customer follow-ups after your first response, use Unread and inspect the thread; Awaiting a reply is not a measure of whose turn it is.

Keyword search scans up to the latest 500 records matching its filters and shows a notice if results are partial. Ordinary pagination and analytics cover the full authorized retained set. Empty results do not mean that earlier records never existed.

Content retention limits affect which records remain available. The dashboard is an operational view, not an immutable accounting ledger or a complete record of every email ever delivered to your business.

A useful review routine#

Example: two feedback threads and five replies can describe two conversations with several exchanges, not five customers. A rise in messages may reflect more participation, not a decline in service.

  1. Check Unread for new feedback or a customer follow-up.
  2. Review Awaiting reply for accepted messages that have never had a response; check whether each thread is reply-eligible.
  3. Use Open and In progress to keep track of work, and record Resolved only when that reflects your actual follow-through.
  4. Compare similar periods and read the underlying conversations before drawing conclusions.

Ask ChatGPT about the same activity#

The connection can return authorized numeric activity rows. ChatGPT may show a table or chart; presentation depends on the host. It should not infer sentiment, revenue, or customer satisfaction from message volume alone.

Show my verified business’s feedback and reply activity for the last 30 days. Explain the date range, unanswered count and daily totals. Do not send messages or change any status.

What analytics does not include yet#

Basic activity analytics is available now. Theme intelligence and broader reporting are separate roadmap work. Internal service analytics used to operate Nastygram is not an extra customer analytics product.

  • Automatic recurring-theme or sentiment reports for your business.
  • Response-time percentiles, satisfaction surveys, revenue impact or public-rating attribution.
  • Comparative reports across locations, staff performance reports, or scheduled business digests.

Customers have an activity view too#

My nastygrams shows your own accepted sends, reply activity, unread responses and unanswered threads. It is scoped to your account, not the business’s full inbox. The same distinction between the activity period and history filters applies.
