What each result means#

  • Accepted · Account delivery means the message was stored in the verified business dashboard. Email acceptance means the sending provider accepted it; it does not prove the recipient read or received it.
  • Queued · Nastygram has scheduled background processing or a safe retry. You do not need to send again.
  • Processing · The operation has not finished yet. It is not a new invitation to resend.
  • Unknown · The outcome is uncertain. Sending another copy could create a duplicate. Keep the receipt and contact support if needed.
  • Failed or rate limited · Check the explanation. Automatic retry is promised only when the result explicitly says queued.

Check without resending#

Check your own submission in the dashboard or ask ChatGPT about the receipt you already received. Don’t ask it to create a fresh send as a status check. Support can investigate an uncertain result; you do not need access to an email provider’s dashboard.

Why a message may wait#

Temporary AI or email-provider capacity issues may delay eligible requests. Each sender can make up to three provider attempts per rolling hour and ten per rolling 24 hours to the same recipient. Other senders have their own allowance. A queued request waits for a safe opportunity; no exact delivery time is promised.
