Choose your verified inbox#

Open the restaurant dashboard and select the verified business inbox you want to work with. You see feedback for that account, with unread and unanswered work, activity summaries, and workflow states.

Use open, in progress, and resolved to track what your team is doing. A resolved workflow state is your own tracking choice; it does not prove the customer is satisfied.

Read the activity behind the inbox#

Choose a 7-, 30- or 90-day view for feedback received, replies, awaiting a first reply, and resolved work. The daily chart has exact values in its data table. History search and filters do not change those totals.

Reply with something useful#

  1. Open the feedback and check that replies are available.
  2. Write a reply acknowledging the issue, asking a useful question, or describing a change you actually made.
  3. Review the exact text and send it once. The customer can then respond in the private thread.

How two-way messaging works

If replies are unavailable#

The original sender may not have an eligible account, the message may have arrived through an unlinked email identity, the conversation may be muted or expired, or your account may lack reply access. The dashboard explains available actions.

Replies are included for verified businesses during the current pilot when both sides have eligible accounts. Paid reply access is planned; joining the pilot does not itself start a subscription. Check current terms before agreeing to a future paid offer.

Private feedback is still the customer’s experience#

Thank customers for being candid and discuss concrete fixes. Don’t ask them to suppress public criticism or promise an outcome you haven’t delivered. Nastygram does not guarantee improved public ratings or revenue.

Future theme intelligence and broader business reporting are not promises of features available today.

What is included, and what is planned?#

Replies are included during the current pilot and intended to become paid. Basic activity charts are available; recurring themes, digests and broader reporting are roadmap work. The proposed $49/location/month package is still being researched.
