Turn on new-feedback alerts#
Email notifications are off by default. Notices go to that location’s verified email address and contain a link, not the feedback text or sender details.
- Sign in to the business dashboard as the owner of the verified inbox.
- Select the location and find its email-notification preference.
- Enable the preference if you want a notice when new account feedback arrives. You can turn it off there later.
A notice is separate from delivery#
After verification, future feedback addressed to that exact email is delivered to the Nastygram account. The optional email is only a heads-up. If it is delayed, filtered as spam, or does not arrive, the feedback can still be present in your dashboard.
Alerts are best effort. Check the dashboard as your source for account-delivered feedback rather than treating your email inbox as a complete copy. These alerts cover new feedback; email notices for every reply, scheduled digests and push notifications are not promised.
Multiple addresses and locations#
Choose the intended inbox before changing its preference. Verifying one address does not claim every address at its domain. Another address needs its own verification. Existing messages sent by email do not move into the dashboard after a claim.
Use your own authorized account. Staff invitation and assignment tools are not available yet; do not share a ChatGPT password as a workaround.
Verify another business inboxTurning alerts off is not opting out#
Turning notifications off stops the optional notices; it does not stop account feedback or revoke the inbox claim. Recipient opt-out is a different action. Contact support if you need help changing an existing claim or recovering access.
