Connect Nastygram#
Open the plugins or connections area available in your ChatGPT account, connect Nastygram if it is available to you, and use it in your conversation. Access depends on your ChatGPT plan, region, workspace settings, and Nastygram pilot availability.
If you cannot find the connection, use the website. A publicly available website does not mean the plugin is available to every ChatGPT account.
Send on the websiteTell your assistant what you want#
A request to send allows Nastygram to compose, privacy-check and submit the message. Host permissions and confirmation controls still apply. Say “preview only—don’t send” if you want to review a draft first.
Use Nastygram to send feedback to hello@example.com: The food was excellent, but we waited too long for the bill.
When you don’t know the email#
For a business, your assistant can look for an appropriate public contact address on official sources when those tools are available. For a person, it can use your authorized contact or email connections, or ask you for the address. Ambiguous matches need clarification.
Lookup uses your ChatGPT session and the connections you authorize. Nastygram does not borrow its owner’s personal contacts. Your assistant cannot enable permissions you have not granted, and addresses should never be guessed.
Ask about your history#
Available dashboard tools can read your own history and activity. Verified businesses can query their own dashboard. Chart presentation depends on ChatGPT; a table may be shown instead.
If new capabilities do not appear in an existing conversation, try a fresh conversation with the connection selected. Do not resend a message just to refresh the connection.
Show my recent Nastygrams and whether any businesses have replied. Don’t mark anything read.
Draft and send a private reply#
When you have access to an eligible account conversation, you can ask ChatGPT to draft a reply. Review the exact text and explicitly authorize sending to the selected thread. Businesses send the first reply; customers can answer afterward.
