Stop receiving Nastygrams

Confirm your opt-out#

Simply opening the link does not opt you out. The confirmation step applies the suppression. It cannot retract a message already delivered.

1. Open the opt-out link at the bottom of a Nastygram email.
2. Review the opt-out page.
3. Confirm your choice to stop future Nastygrams to that recipient address.

Don’t share your link#

Your opt-out link authorizes the action for that destination. Keep it private. If it is missing or no longer works, contact support. For a concerning dashboard conversation, use Report a concern and the controls to stop replies.
